Hi All,
There has been some confusion with the due date for the rough draft. It was Wednesday, May 2 but as many of us forgot this with the puente, I have extended it to Sunday. No exceptions.
You turn in one paper for the whole group (on Google Drive).
As I posted in the previous post, and will re-post here, this is what you need to include:
1. Goal of Project
2. Reason for Project
3. Group Structure
4. Timeline and Calendar (Can Be The Same- Talk to Me)
5. SMART Goal for Project (In Detail)
6. Projected Challenges and Risks (And How You Will Overcome Them)
7. What You Need for Project (Points of Contact, Materials, Etc.)
8. Project Description and Design
9. Projected Outcomes
This should be at least 2 pages, typed. It cannot be more than 4 pages, typed. Send to me on Google Docs. I will make one round of edits, and the final draft will be due May 15.
You should have your project completed (actually done) by May 30.
You will then have to prepare a 1-2 page reflection of the project that roughly follows this structure: https://www.jhsph.edu/research/centers-and-institutes/womens-and-childrens-health-policy-center/de/policy_brief/DE%20Module%20Research%20Memo%20Example.pdf
You will also include reflections on what went well, what did not, what you learned, and what you may have done differently. We will talk about this more in class next week.
All who get their papers in to me by tomorrow evening will get comments and revisions. I can't promise comments for papers that are not turned in on time.
Thanks!
